In this modern time of a hectic lifestyle, it has become almost natural that many look for quick ways of losing weight. Several types of diets have been rumored and also adopted for losing weight in a very short time.

  • 25 ml Pure Water (I mean pure in actual sense not the common sachet water!)
  • 20-30 ml. freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 20ml Maple syrup (Organic – i.e not the artificial concentrate of it)
  • 1/10 teaspoon chilli pepper

Mix all the above ingredients well, and your drink is ready. You can make this drink for whole day use as well by storing in the refrigerator.
