We are an integrated team of dedicated and passionate young men and women striving to make adequate nutrition awareness as convenient, easy and fun as possible in order to scale up nutrition in Nigeria – our home country and beyond.

The Internet has always been a Wild Wild West when it comes to finding reliable, credible nutrition information. Nutrition blogs seem to be popping up daily, but how do you know which ones are worth following?  How do you know which ones you can trust?

Diet234 brings to you a collection of healthy recipes, information and inspiration for making healthy eating your lifestyle. It is directed by nutritionists and registered dietitians. It’s a site you can turn to for trusted advice from nutrition experts.

If you want to learn how you can safely lose those last 5 pounds, find healthy recipes for your family, lower your cholesterol, jumpstart a healthy lifestyle, seek solutions for your picky preschooler or learn what to eat when you’re pregnant, you can find that much needed nutrition education you’re looking for here.

We wanted to create an online platform to help cut through the clutter and elevate the voice of nutritionists and registered dietitians in Nigeria and diaspora online. We’ve had the support of nutrition experts in the Nutrition Society of Nigeria, who provided research assistance and nutrition insights at annual conference meetings to help us launch this online magazine and forum.

We’ve also been guided by an advisory board of registered dietitians (RDs) and other health care professionals who helped us refine our original concept of the Diet234 website and continue to advise on administrative matters. Many thanks to:
