I used to know someone who drank grapefruit juice after a particularly heavy night on the alcohol. Don’t be tempted to drink more alcohol just because you’re drinking grapefruit juice afterward!

Green tea has all sorts of healthy benefit to this organ. It is packed with plant antioxidants called catechins which are particularly beneficial for the liver. It’s a great thing to start drinking anyway, as it’ll improve your health in many other ways.
