Ingredients for Chips and Dip are:
- 1 Avocado
- 3 Boneless skinless chicken thighs
- Onions
- Tortilla/kettle cooked potato chips
- Olive oil
- Cayenne pepper
- Sea salt
- Curry powder
Preparation
- Marinade chicken with oil and seasonings then stir-fry in a skillet.
- Chop up onions then add to chicken stir-fry, reduce heat then continue to cook until done.
- Pour into a bowl or onto a plate, then pour stir-fry into chips.
- Serve with avocado.
Ingredients:
- 1 boneless skinless chicken breast
- Onions
- Grains of your choice (I used cream of buckwheat)
- Olive oil
- Cayenne pepper
- Sea salt
- Curry powder
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 300°F
- Marinade chicken with seasoning and oil then bake in oven for 20 mins
- Chop up onions and stir fry until done
- Cook buckwheat until desired consistency is reached.
