What you’ll need:

  • 350ml warm water
  • Two tablespoons milk
  • Two tablespoons margarine
  • One teaspoon salt
  • 550g bread flour
  • Three tablespoons caster sugar
  • Two teaspoons dried active baking yeast
  • 170g raisins
  • Two tablespoons butter softened
  • Two tablespoons dark brown soft sugar
  • One teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • One tablespoon butter, melted

How to make Cinnamon Raisin Bread:

Place water, milk, margarine, salt, flour, sugar and yeast in the container of the bread machine. Select cycle; press Start.
